Vendors may pay the $50 vendor fee OR opt to be upgraded to a Sponsorship level which provides additional advertisement provided by Carver County Pride, through our Social Media channels. All Sponsorship levels include a booth space, if desired.
Set-Up Times: Saturday, August 31st 8:00 - 10:30 a.m. Set-up must be finished by 10:30 a.m. on event day!

Food Truck Vendor $100
Required Food Truck Vendor Times are: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Food Truck Vendors may pay the $100 food truck vendor fee OR opt to be upgraded to a Sponsorship level which provides additional advertisement provided by Carver County Pride, through our Social Media channels. All Sponsorship levels include a booth/truck space, if desired.

ADDITIONAL EVENT REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Vehicles are not permitted within the event boundaries during event hours.
All booth material, tarps and other coverings shall be fire-retardant or fire resistant. Open flames are not allowed.
No gasoline, kerosene or motor oils are permitted in the event area.
Rude, obscene or abusive language and/or threatened, actual physical restraint and/or abuse of another Carver County Pride member, staff or general public are prohibited.
No debris may be left behind after tearing down.
Vendors & Food Truck Vendors must have a Minnesota Tax ID number and submit a completed Minnesota ST-19 form to the Carver County Pride.
Vendors are responsible for the collection, reporting and payment of all taxes.
Exhibitors must provide their own tent. Space allows for a 10′ x 10′ tent
This is an outdoor event, weather can be inclement, so plan accordingly
Weighted tents of 35+ lbs per leg are recommended.
It is required that booths stay in place and are manned by the exhibitor for the entirety of posted hours. Exhibitors who break down displays or depart before closing time jeopardize participation in future Carver County Pride events.
If your booth generates trash, you are responsible to clean and remove the trash from your area. Dumpsters for recyclables, organics and non-recyclables are located nearby.
Additional Food Vendor Requirements:
According to Minnesota Law all food vendors must apply for a Seasonal Temporary Food Stand (STF) permit through the MN Department of Health. Phone: 651-201-4500. Email: www.health.state.mn.us Applications and fees should be submitted early. The process may take up to two weeks and the license may be granted 14 days before the event. Some food items may need to be licensed through the Department of Agriculture. The MN Department of Health will inform the vendor what to do if that is the case.

Please let us know if there is a need to access electricity. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Vendor VEHICLE PARKING:
Vendor parking is available in the designated lot TBD. Information will be provided along with vendor acceptance packet.
EVENT HELD RAIN OR SHINE
Each participant is responsible for providing and assembling their own display. There will be only one exhibitor per space. No space sharing allowed. You may keep your booth open later than the stated time on Saturday.
Tents, tables, chairs, etc. are NOT provided. Vendor must supply all items for personal use.
Each participant will be assigned a booth number which will be forwarded to you, along with a map of the art fair booths, approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Your space will be marked for easy location on Friday afternoon.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE CCP Festival Tent PRIOR TO SET-UP, TO VERIFY BOOTH SPACE NUMBER AND LOCATION.
