At Carver County Pride, our mission is to cultivate an inclusive, safe, and sustainable community for LGBTQIA2S+ and Carver County Community Members.
Carver County Pride is a family-friendly organization which will focus on providing awareness of the Carver County LGBTQIA2S+ Community, and connecting all community members with resources that will enrich their lives, and connect them to the amazing people they share this wonderful county with.

When does the entertainment application open?
The entertainment application opens on March 15, 2026.
When is the deadline to apply for entertainment?
The first round of applications closes on April 30, 2026.
Will the entertainment application reopen?
It may. If more performers are needed after the first round is reviewed, the application may reopen.
When is the Carver County Pride Festival?
The festival takes place on September 12, 2026 at the Carver County Fairgrounds.
Who can apply to perform?
We welcome performers, artists, and groups who affirm and support Carver County Pride’s mission and who want to help create a family-friendly, inclusive, and community-centered celebration.
What kind of performers is Carver County Pride looking for?
We are looking for entertainers who support our mission and help create a space that celebrates LGBTQIA2S+ people, community connection, and the history and purpose of Pride.
Does having LGBTQIA2S+ members automatically qualify a group?
No. Representation matters, and so do actions. Carver County Pride reviews applications with care and looks for performers whose actions and values show genuine support for the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Who is not eligible to perform?
If a person or group has actively worked against or physically harmed members of the LGBTQ+ community, Pride is not the right space for them.
What materials may performers need to provide?
If possible, performers should provide lyrics for songs so they can be shared with ASL interpreters.
What paperwork is required if selected?
Selected performers will need to provide all required documentation before payment, including:
a W-9
a signed contract
What happens if required documents are not submitted?
Failure to submit required documentation may result in the loss of your scheduled performance slot.

When does vendor registration open?
Vendor registration opens on March 15, 2026.
When does vendor registration close?
Vendor registration stays open until all booth spaces are filled.
What happens if vendor spaces sell out?
Once all booth spaces are filled, applicants can still join the waitlist in case a space becomes available.
How will I know when vendor applications are waitlist only?
A notice will be added to the application information section when availability changes to waitlist only.
When will my card be charged?
Credit card information is collected when you apply, but your card will only be charged if your application is approved.
Who can apply to be a vendor?
We welcome businesses and organizations that affirm and support Carver County Pride’s mission and want to be part of a family-friendly, inclusive event.
What do I need to submit with my vendor application?
All vendors must provide:
a completed ST-19 form
a description of why they want to participate
images or a description list of products and prices, if selling merchandise
Is an ST-19 required even if I am not selling anything?
Yes. An ST-19 is required from all vendors, whether or not they plan to sell merchandise.
What happens if I do not submit my ST-19 right away?
Your application will be automatically waitlisted until the document is provided. Requested booth space will not be held while documentation is incomplete.
How much does a vendor booth cost?
Vendor pricing is:
$75 for a 10'x10' vendor booth
$200 Sticker Sponsor + Vendor Booth
$500 Bronze Sponsor + Vendor Booth
$1,000 Silver Sponsor + Vendor Booth
$2,000 Gold Sponsor + Vendor Booth
$3,000 Platinum Sponsor + Vendor Booth
What if the booth fee is a barrier?
If the $75 booth fee is a barrier, please contact carvercountypride@gmail.com to discuss options.
What is included with a vendor booth?
Carver County Pride provides a 10'x10' booth space.
What should I bring on festival day?
Vendors should bring their own:
table
chair(s)
tent, if desired
What are the required vendor hours on festival day?
Vendors must be open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on September 12, 2026.
What happens if I leave early?
Vendors who do not remain open for the full festival hours may lose consideration for the 2027 festival.
Are vendor fees refundable?
No. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What if the festival is delayed?
If the festival is delayed, fees will transfer to the new event date.
What if the festival cannot take place?
If the event cannot happen due to a pandemic or another act of God, fees will not be refunded.
Can Carver County Pride deny a vendor application?
Yes. Carver County Pride reserves the right to refuse or deny any application that does not align with its values and mission.
What happens if a vendor spreads hate at the festival?
Any vendor spreading hate messages of any kind will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
When does food vendor registration open?
Food vendor registration opens on March 15, 2026.
When does food vendor registration close?
Food vendor registration closes on May 1, 2026 at 11:00 p.m.
How are food vendors selected?
Applications are juried to help create a good variety of food options at the festival.
When will food vendors hear back?
Applicants will be notified on or before May 15, 2026 if they have been accepted or placed on the waitlist.
What happens if food vendor spaces fill up?
Applicants can still join the waitlist in case a space becomes available.
When will my card be charged?
Credit card information is collected when you apply, but your card is only charged if you are approved.
Is there a no-show fee for food vendors?
Yes. There is a $300 no-show fee charged to the card on file if an approved food vendor does not attend the festival.
What do food vendors need to submit with the application?
Food vendors must provide:
a completed ST-19 form
a description of why they want to participate
images or a description list of menu items and prices, if selling
a Certificate of Insurance, once approved
Is an ST-19 required for food vendors?
Yes. An ST-19 is required from all vendors.
What insurance is required for food vendors?
All food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance within two weeks of approval. The certificate must:
show General Liability coverage of $1,000,000 or more
list Carver County Pride as an additional insured
include Carver County Pride’s current legal business address
What happens if insurance is not submitted on time?
If the required insurance is not received within two weeks of approval, the approval may be withdrawn and fees paid will not be refunded.
How much does a food vendor space cost?
Food vendor pricing is:
$150 for a food vendor space
$200 Sticker Sponsor + Food Vendor Space
$500 Bronze Sponsor + Food Vendor Space
$1,000 Silver Sponsor + Food Vendor Space
$2,000 Gold Sponsor + Food Vendor Space
$3,000 Platinum Sponsor + Food Vendor Space
